Corrections & disputes

Report a problem
with a record.

Public records can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrectly matched. If you believe a finding in a Parakh report is wrong, use this page to flag it for review.

How corrections work

We review. We don't auto-delete.

Legitimate public information is not removed simply because someone objects to it. Every dispute is assessed against the original public source.

1

You flag the issue

Tell us what is wrong: which GSTIN or report is affected, what type of issue it is, and an explanation. Attach evidence if you have it.

2

We verify against the source

We check the finding against the public source (GST register or eCourts). If the source shows different information, the report is updated.

3

We respond on WhatsApp

We let you know the outcome. If the public source confirms the original finding, we will explain why it remains in the report.

Important: what corrections can and cannot do

  • Can correct: Mismatched court records, outdated GST status, incorrect entity attribution, wrong business match
  • Cannot remove: Accurate public records that correctly describe a registered business or a court record whose available identifiers support attribution
  • Cannot verify: Private information not in the public record (bank balances, private agreements)
📋 Types of issues

What kind of problem are you reporting?

🏢

Incorrect GST information

The legal name, trade name, address, constitution, or registration status in the report does not match the GST register. Provide the GSTIN and the correct information.

⚖️

Unrelated court-record match

A court case shown in the report belongs to a different person or business with a similar name — not the entity identified by the GSTIN.

📅

Outdated information

The GST status or filing record in the report was accurate when the search was run, but the current position is different. You can run a fresh report to get the current picture.

Duplicate or repeated record

The same court case appears multiple times in the report, or two records refer to the same proceeding under different case numbers.

🔍

Incorrect interpretation

The report has described a filing or record in a misleading way. The source data may be correct but the summary phrasing is inaccurate.
